
Ingredients
- 1 can cooked chickpeas (15oz)
- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond flour (I used spelt)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (+ more for sprinkling on top)
Directions
- In food processor (or high powered blender) mix chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla
- In large bowl, mix: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt
- Add wet ingredients to dry
- stir until creamy and smooth
- Add Choco chips
- Pour into pan, flatten out, sprinkle extra chips on top
- Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
