Ingredients

  • 1 can cooked chickpeas (15oz)
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (I used spelt)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (+ more for sprinkling on top)

Directions

  • In food processor (or high powered blender) mix chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla
  • In large bowl, mix: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt
  • Add wet ingredients to dry
  • stir until creamy and smooth
  • Add Choco chips
  • Pour into pan, flatten out, sprinkle extra chips on top
  • Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
